Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we offer a straightforward returns and refund process.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 90 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.

Return Process:

  1. Request a Return:
    • To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team.
    • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization):
    • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with an RMA.
    • The RMA will include:
      • A pre-paid return mailing label.
      • A Return Authorization Slip.
    • Please print both the label and the slip.
  3. Prepare Your Return:
    • Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible.
    • Include the Return Authorization Slip inside the package.
    • Affix the return mailing label to the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Return:
    • Drop off the package at any authorized shipping location for the carrier indicated on the return label.
    • Your return will be shipped back to our warehouse.
  5. Refund Processing:
    • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s) at the warehouse, we will process your refund.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
    • Due to varying processing times at your bank, it might take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to be received.
    • Refunds will be for the item price.
  6. Exchanges:
    • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
