Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we offer a straightforward returns and refund process.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 90 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.
Return Process:

Request a Return:
- To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Receive Your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization):
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with an RMA.
- The RMA will include:
- A pre-paid return mailing label.
- A Return Authorization Slip.
- Please print both the label and the slip.

Prepare Your Return:
- Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible.
- Include the Return Authorization Slip inside the package.
- Affix the return mailing label to the outside of the package.

Ship Your Return:
- Drop off the package at any authorized shipping location for the carrier indicated on the return label.
- Your return will be shipped back to our warehouse.

Refund Processing:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s) at the warehouse, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Due to varying processing times at your bank, it might take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to be received.
- Refunds will be for the item price.

Exchanges:
- Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
